Are there additional costs for late key handovers?

If the key handover is out of our usual office times then we charge an extra.

Out of the business time (10a.m. to 10p.m.) we charge 25.- Euro additionally. Please be aware that some landlords do not at all accept key handovers out of the usual office times.
We ask you to clearify this issue with the contact person in advance of your arrival.

Where do I get the keys to my apartment?

An employee of Go Espana Ltd. or the landlord himself will arrange the key handover. The contact data of this person will be sent to you in the final confirmation of your reservation.

Who do I have to contact in case of problems?

In case of any problems I will always contact Go Espana Ltd. in Spain. You'll receive this information with your final confirmation of reservation.

Which are the office times of Go Espana Ltd.?

You can reach us via internet 24 hours a day / 365 days a year!

Your booking request will be responded within 24hours after arrival.

Our office times in Spain are from monday to friday from 10:00 until 14:00 and from 18:00 until 22:00. Requests that were sent on a weekend or holiday might be responded the following workday.
