How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Excellent holiday house in Bolonia

Great holiday house with a large garden and pool on a hill beside Bolonia. The house is surrounded by more then 10002 of garden with the spacious pool and BBQ. Just in the front of the door you have a furnitured terrace, where you can relax and take your meals.

In the "Chalet de Bolonia" sleep up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms - each one with a double bed. There are also 2 bathrooms - one with yakuzzi and the other bathtub.

The large air-conditioned living room has a plasma-TV and for the cooler season there is a chimney.

The spacious kitchen of the house is ideal for self-cooking: electric stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher make things easy. The kitchen includes a dining area with a table and chairs. 

Pets are allowed!

 

From Bolonia you can explore the beautiful surroundings: Tarifa - the wind capital, the wihte village of Vejer de la Frontera, Gibraltar, Ronda, Tanger, etc.

The nature in the surroundings invites as well to hike. For instance you can walk through the pine wood to the romantic lighthouse of Atlanterra or explore the characteristic mountain of "San Bartolomé", which is by the way one of the best climbing areas in all Spain. From the top you have breathtaking views towards the coastline, and Africa.

Golfers will be happy: in half an hour you are in Montenmedio - one of th most beautiful places in Europe. More golf places you find in Chiclana, Benalup, and on the Costa del Sol. In 1-2 hours you reach all these Golf Clubs.

 

Enjoy a dream vacaion in Bolonia close to the the most beautiful bay of the Spanish Costa de la Luz.
