Your accommodation in Tarifa for rent

1. Please make an inquiry on availability

By making a request through our website you will not yet have made a binding reservation. This request is an inquiry on availability for the selected accommodation.

This inquiry on availability (reservation request) is non-binding for you and for us.

Please enter also your mobile phone number that we can also send you our communication by SMS.

Important: Please note that you can only inquire availibilty for maximum of 2 rental objects at one time.
 

2. We check availability for you

After receiving your inquiry on availability, we will check if the selected accommodation is still available.

You'll receive a response by mail and SMS within a period of 12 hours. 

3. You decide wether to book or not

If the requested accommodation is available, you'll receive our booking confirmation which you can either accept or reject.

By paying the requested pre-payment within 3 days you confirm your inquiry and make a binding reservation. Please send us an email of the completed payment.

Our confirmation of availability email contains all information to enable you to make the payment.

In case you don't want to finalize a binding reservation, you don't have to do anything as your request expires automatically after 3 days.
 

4. Only by completing the pre-payment an inquiry gets binding

In order to achieve a binding reservation, you have to make the requested pre-payment within 3 days (approx. 20% of the rental price) and inform us by mail of the completed payment.

If you do not complete the pre-payment, your inquiry on availability expires automatically after 3 days.

You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. Our booking confirmation contains all the necessary information to make the pre-payment.

Important: The rest payment needs to be paid to your land lord in cash at arrival.
 

5. Booking confirmation with all relevant information

After receiving your pre-payment we will send you our booking confirmation with all necessary information (confirmation of pre-payment, rest payment, address, contact person, telephone numbers, etc.) for the arrival and the key handover.

Please contact your contact person at least 4 days before your arrival in order to arrange time and place for the key handover.

Our booking confirmation is your binding and legal proof of your reservation and needs to be shown to the contact person at arrival. The rest payment needs to be done at arrival in cash.

Important: Our booking reservation contains our telephone number as well as the land lord's telephone number to assure you to get easily in contact with us or your land lord.
