How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Beachfront apartment with pool in Tarifa

Right on the beach "Playa Los Lances" in Tarifa is located this holiday accommodation for 4 people. The beach and the pool of the apartment complex ("Tortuga II") are just a few meters away.

If in the summer the eastern "Levante" wind ist too strong, you can just switch to the swimming pool.

 

In the front of the entrance to the apartment you'll find the private and furnished terrace. Here you can enjoy wonderfull open air evenings.

The front door leads to the spacious living room with 2 sofas, a table and a television. The modern kitchen is separated by a bar from the living room and offers everything you need for home cooking. The meals you can take just on the bar of the kitchen or at the table on the terrace.

The next door leads to the fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, a washbasin, a bidet and of course the toilet.

The smaller of the 2 bedrooms has place for 2 persons, sleeping each one in a single bed. The master bedroom next door is fitted with a double bed.

 

Walking along the beach promenade you get within 10 minutes to the old city center, but cafés, bars and restaurants you find here on the beach as well. Just arround the corner are located some wonderfull cafés with wifi-internet, ideal for having breakfast. Nearby, there are 2 supermarkets - in direction to the old city, there is the "Supersol"-supermarket (500 meters) and in the other direction is the excellent and reasonably priced "Mercadona" supermarket (700 meters).

In summer, the beach bars (100 meters away) are the first choice to begin a party-night in Tarifa. These places close about 1-2 a.m. and then it's worth to go to the old city center with all the bars and nightclubs.

A great apartment for 1st-class-holidays on the beach with the family or friends!
