How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Studio apartment with luxury qualities in Tarifa, 300m from the beach

The apartment is located 300m from the beach near the football field, situated in a newly built residential complex with large green areas and a super pool with waterfall and separate children's pool.
The apartment itself is 45m2, all-in-one floor plan. At the entrance we have a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower 80x80cm. Then the angle-shaped kitchen with breakfast bar, fully equiped, combination stainless steel cooktops, stainless steel 60cm oven, microwave, washing machine installed in the kitchen, stainless steel extractor hood and other small devices. At the end of the American kitchen on the right is the dining table, next to a plasma TV 43 "and Sony stereo system.
The comfy sofas fold out to double beds and offer good space for 4 people. In front of the apartment is the small private garden (4.5m2)with table and chairs, next to the communal pool of the complex.
In the garden there is a water hose to clean the surf material.
This apartment is small in size but big in features and comfort!
