How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

At the western end of Tarifa is located the resort "Reserva de Los Lances", which was inaugurated as the last of the new apartment complexes in this region. The hallmark of this resort are large, light-filled apartments with terrace and sea view, plenty of green and the largest pool in al Tarifa. The whole equipment of the complex is absolutely new and modern.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both provide a private bathroom with shower. A possible 5th person can sleep on the sofa-bed.

In the living room, there is a confortable sofa - type chaise lounge - a large flat screen TV and the dining area with table and chairs.

In the modern kitchen you have a dishwasher, oven and of course, pots pans, dishes, etc. Also the washing machine is here. 

From the living room you access to the large furnished terrace with table and chairs. From here you enjoy magnificient  views over the garden of the resort, the pool towards the sea and the bay of tarifa.
But that's not all: From the apartment you get to the roof terrace, which offers plenty of space for sunbathing.

This accommodation provides wifi internet. The car can be parked in the underground garage of the building. Who doesn't like stairs, just takes the elevator.

An absolutely top quality accommodation, that leaves no wishes unfulfilled.

To the beach it takes a 5 minutes walk - 200 meters. The nearest supermarket is the best in Tarifa - the "Mercadona" - great range of fish!

Behind the supermarket is the "Cafe del Mar" and some other night clubs.

To the historic center with its numerous restaurants and bars it takes a 10 minute walk down the main street with all the surf shops, banks and shops.

Everything is prepared for some great beach holidays in tarifa, Spain!
