1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Wooden bungalow on the mountainside in the front of the surf beach "Playa Valdevaqueros": This cozy holiday cottage, surrounded by nature, is located about 7 km out of Tarifa opposite the most famous kite boarding and windsurf beach of Tarifa.
Outside there is a terrace from where you can see the ocean over the treetops. Behind the house, there is a small grassy area, where you can relax and enjoy the countryside. Table and chairs are available.
Inside, the main room serves as living & dining room with an open American styled kitchen. In one corner there is a dining table with 4 chairs. Further we find the extra bed for a possible 3rd person, that serves by day as a sofa.
From this main room you access to the bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and to the bathroom with shower, washbasin & bidet and WC.
Your car you can park outside the garden only a few meters away from the lodging. The way from the National Road (N-340) to the lodging is no problem for a normal car; only in winter time, when there is a lot of rain, an off-road car is recommended.
For people, they want to enjoy nightlife in Tarifa (8 km away) without an own car, the owner offers a shuttle service (until 1a.m. and from 7.a.m. - 10 EUR / person / way).
Who rents this holiday lodging will see the most beautiful parts of the coasts of Tarifa & in the middle of the Natural Park "Los Alcornocales". Apart from the perfect conditions fro kite boarding and windsurfing, guests can go hiking and go for bird watching.
