How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Penthouse apartment with terrace in the city center: This apartment in the heart of the old town of Tarifa is one of the most interesting accommodations we offer.
The situation is very central, but there is no noise at night, because the bed room is on the back of the building.
The mix of Andalusian, Arabian and modern style provides the stylish and high-quality equipment. The entire house was recently restored completely. It is located next to the church of San Mateo, the beach can be reached in a 5min walking distance.
The roof terrace has view to the church and over ther roofs of the old town and offers a cozy sitting area with sofas and table, which can be considered as an open living room. Regardless of the wind, here is a nice place to enjoy sun or shade in the fresh air.
There is also a bed room with double bed and an open kitchen that includes everything necessary such as 2 ceramic hobs, toaster, complete dishes, pots and pans.
The change of towels every 3 days is included in the price. The car can be parked outside the historical center, no more than a 5min walk from the house.
Just around the corner next to the church, you will find a small supermarket, open until 11pm, even on Sunday. Also you can go to the market, where local fish, meat and vegetables are offered, or in one of the four big supermarkets in Tarifa, opened from 9am to 9.30pm.
The bus station is in a 15min walking distance, a taxi station is located just 300m away. The complete gastronomic offer and the night life in Tarifa are close to the house, but not that close that it is getting disturbing.
