How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

High quality holiday apartment in historical old town: This accomodation extends over 2 storeys and from the private roof terrace you have a fantastic view over the old town, the harbor and in the background the Moroccan coast.
This apartment is one of our top objects in our website, on a total area of 120m² is enough space for 4 persons to spend a pleasant vacation.
The spacious apartment is in Moroccan style and furnished with meticulous attention to detail. This apartment offers a lot of comfort and is ideal for quality-conscious families with one or two children but also for little groups who don't want to go without enough space in vacation.
From the entrance in the lower floor you can reach the open kitchen, dining room ( with chimney ) and bath room. Also located on this level is an open sleeping area for 2 people, which can be optically separated from the other premises. Upstairs is the cozy living room and a bed room for 2 persons.
Despite its central location, where many of the best restaurants, bars and cafes are located, the apartment is quiet. The market of the old town is to reach in a 2min walking distance, where fresh food and local specialities are offered, such as fresh fish. A lot of small supermarkets are close to the apartment. A taxi station is to find next to the Puerta de Jerez, the gateway to the old town, a 7min walk. The bus station is located at the entrance of Tarifa, a 15min walking distance. The fantastic beach can be reached in a 5min walk.
Generally you should park outside the old city, just some steps away from the apartment.
