How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

High quality holiday apartment in Betijuelo with panoramic views

This stunning mountaintop apartment is situated in Betijuelo, only 5-10 mins by car from the fabulous beaches of Valdevaqueros or Bolonia.

Offering sleeping space for 5-6 persons, it is an ideal accommodation for a family with children. 
The house has 90m2 living space distributed over 2 bed rooms, 1 living room with sofa bed, a large modern kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, gas hob & electric oven etc) and the bath room.
A travel cot can be arranged if needed. Toys, puzzles, books and games for different age groups are available to the guests.
2 individual patios are facing the garden of the property: one in front of the salon and one in front of the first bed room. 
The big garden of 4000m2 with barbecue area is being shared with the owners of the house. Sun loungers and a chiringuito (summer house) can be used by our guests.
Towels and bedding are provided. The equipment of the house includes washing machine, air condition, heating, satellite TV, DVD player and movie selection, hifi system, hairdryer, iron and much more.
This is an excellent location for people interested in bird watching and nature. You can see vultures and peregrines nests from the garden. But the most spectacular asset of this accommodation are the panoramic views of the two continents Africa and Europe divided by the Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea.
In 5min walking distance from the house you can reach one of the areas best restaurants "El Tesoro". 600 of Spain's best bolted rock climbing routes are just behind the house. There is also a horse riding center 5min walking from here.
The friendly owners are living on the same plot and give you great advice and recommendations for the surrounding area. They speak English, German and Spanish. There are animals on the land: chickens, very friendly dogs and sometimes a horse.
If required, we offer a babysitter service for the evening or nights.
