How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Beach apartment with wonderful sea view / pool: The apartment is located in a residential area at the beach of Los Lances in Tarifa and the view from the terrace is fantastic.
There are 2 bed rooms with 2 single beds, totally can be accommodated 4 persons on 75qm². The cozy and modern furnished apartment is equipped with washing machine, electric cooker, toaster, blender, microwave and washing machine. In the complex are 2 swimming pools, the perfect alternative on days with strong Levante wind. On the terrace you will find table, chairs, barbecue and a sunshade. In the same building are some bar/cafes with free WiFi Internet connection.
The beach is practically on the doorstep. The first possibilities to go shopping you will find in the entrance of Tarifa, there are 2 large supermarkets, also 3 clubs, by car to reach in 2min. Otherwise there are a lot of small supermarkets in the center, the market hall offers fresh food and local specialities, to reach in a 10min walking distance. The bus station you can reach in a 5min walking distance.
Parkings are to find near the building, or on a public parking lot just a few steps away.
