1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Holiday apartment near the beach/Punta Paloma: This holiday apartment is idyllic situated at the other end of the Tarifa bay, close by the large sand dune.

It is fully equipped for 4 persons, there is 1 bed room with double bed and 1 bed room with 2 single beds. The living room with open kitchen has an open fireplace, which is irreplaceable in the winter to heat up the house.

 

On the private terraze with table and chairs you can enjoy your meals outside, a barbecue is also available. At any time of the year you will find tranquility here and you will not notice the tourist bustle of the city.

 

The apartment is surrounded by pure nature with meadows, cork oaks, horses and cows. The beach of Punta Paloma, one of the nicest of the region, can be reached in a 10min walking distance. The accommodation is perfect for families with kids or couples who apreciate the fantastic nature and the peace in this rural lodging.

 

Private parking in front of the house is included in the price. The center of Tarifa is a 10-15min car drive away, there are the next bigger supermarkets.
